I am admitted to practise as a Rechtsanwalt (lawyer) in the Federal Republic of Germany. The competent bar association and supervisory authority is the Rechtsanwaltskammer für den Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Hamm, Ostenallee 18, 59063 Hamm, Germany (www.rak-hamm.de).

The applicable professional rules include the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO), the Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA), the Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO), the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG) and, where applicable, the CCBE Code of Conduct.
